On June 9, the project reached a significant milestone with the completion of the final roof slab pour, marking the successful topping out of the Zhejiang Yiyue Medical Health project. This achievement signifies a key phase in the construction, with the project now moving into the intermediate structural work and interior decoration phase.
Project Overview Located in the Shaoxing area of the Hangzhou-Shaoxing Airport Economic Integration Development Demonstration Zone, the Zhejiang Yiyue Medical Health Co., Ltd. project is situated on the Keqiao Qianqing 2020-05 plot. The land covers an area of 33,491 square meters, with a floor area ratio of 2.5-3.0. The project plans to construct a research and development building and an intelligent manufacturing base, with a total construction area of approximately 110,000 square meters. The total investment for the project is 300 million yuan, including 201 million yuan in fixed asset investment.
The project will integrate advanced technologies such as flexible electronics, new materials, the Internet of big data, artificial intelligence, and biomedicine to digitize life characteristics and operational status. It aims to develop home medical devices and wearable medical equipment for continuous health monitoring and detection,enabling health warnings and timely interventions.
 Regional Advantages The Shaoxing area of the Hangzhou-Shaoxing Airport Economic Integration Development Demonstration Zone According to the Zhejiang Provincial Government’s approval dated May 26, 2022, the Shaoxing area of the demonstration zone covers 115 square kilometers, including all regions of Shaoxing City’s Keqiao District, Huashe Street, Qianqing Street, and Yangxunqiao Street. The airport economy refers to the multi-functional economic zone formed by the concentration of production, capital, trade, and population due to the effects of air transportation. This emerging economic model, known as the "blue sky track" for new-era economics, is rapidly becoming a new engine for enhancing urban levels.
